Fraud Alert Settings

To modify your Fraud Alert settings navigate to the main menu "Settings > ProductCart Apps > My Apps", and then click "Settings" next to the "Fraud Alert" app.

Max Risk Score
This field contains the maximum risk score allowed, from 0.01 to 99. A higher score indicates a higher risk of fraud. For example, a score of 20 indicates a 20% chance that a transaction is fraudulent.

Send order's shipping address.
If this box is checked, then the shipping address will be validated for fraud.

Send customer's email.
If this box is checked, then the customer's email address will be validated for fraud.

Send customer's phone number.
If this box is checked, then the customer's phone number will be validated for fraud.

Lock the account if risk score exceeds
If the risk score exceeds this value, then the customer's account will be locked.
