View Drop-off/Conversions

Viewing your store's drop-off and conversion, or the history of incomplete orders on your site, can be helpful in trying to determine how to prevent customers from abandoning orders.

See the "Incomplete Orders" section of the Understanding the Order Status article within the Managing Order topic for some helpful information on how ProductCart measures drop-offs and how looking at drop-off rates can help you improve.

Selecting the Reports > View Drop-offs/Conversions option in the Control Panel Menu will lead you to a page that gives statistical information on these patterns in your store.
